Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the Seen apps and website. By creating an account you agree to them. Seen is operated by Seif Hesham (“we”, “us”).
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority in your country, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms.
- Give accurate information about yourself, your career and your achievements. Don’t pretend to be someone else.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Seen to:
- harass, threaten, bully or discriminate against anyone;
- post sexual, violent, hateful or illegal content;
- send spam, scams or misleading offers, including fake trials or recruitment offers;
- collect other members’ information or contact them outside the purpose of sport and careers;
- break the law or anyone’s rights, or interfere with how Seen works.
You can report and block members in the app. We review reports and may remove content, warn, suspend or ban accounts that break these terms.
Your content
You own the content you add (photos, career details, messages). You allow us to store and show it to provide Seen. You are responsible for having the right to share what you upload.
Opportunities and the Market
Seen connects people; we are not an agent, club or employer, and we don’t guarantee trials, contracts or results. Products in the Market are sold by independent stores. Any purchase or agreement is between you and the store or person. Please take care, and report anything suspicious.
Seen Pro
Some features need a Seen Pro subscription. Prices and what’s included are shown before you buy. Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by Apple or Google, under their terms, and can be cancelled in your store account settings.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Privacy & safety → Delete account). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Disclaimers
Seen is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the actions of other members or stores.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are important we will let you know in the app. Continuing to use Seen means you accept the updated terms.
